TSR Recruitment are currently looking for a Freelance Site Manager with a general construction background for a 10-week project in Burton Upon Trent. This project will involve working in a sensitive environment and will require an enhanced DBS check.  

This project is a small new build scheme, involving some groundworks and trenching.

The Role

• CDMS
• Quality monitoring
• Subcontractor management
• Manage day to day activity
• Programme management

The Person

• SMSTS, CSCS, Enhanced DBS
• Good communication skills
• IT Literate
• Small new build experience
