This role centres on implementing and maintaining an effective Quality Clinic System within the assigned area, site, or value stream. You will develop and oversee an implementation plan to ensure full compliance with Quality Clinic standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the development, coordination, and execution of gap closure plans to enhance Quality Clinic effectiveness. Oversee the daily operation of the Quality Clinic system, including the control and disposition of non-conforming products, containment measures, and delivery of improvement activities and projects. Coordinate tasks and activities of Quality Clinic core team members and supporting functions, acting as a coach to facilitate problem-solving and continuous improvement. Monitor process performance using established results and key performance indicators (KPIs).
