This is a unique opportunity to lead impactful programmes that enhance energy performance, reduce carbon emissions, and prepare housing stock for future environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: Programme Delivery: Lead and coordinate retrofit and housing improvement programmes from planning to completion. Manage large-scale property survey programmes, including EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) surveys. Oversee environmental sensor installation projects across the housing stock. Project and Contract Management: Procure and manage consultants, contractors, and specialist service providers. Monitor programme performance, budgets, and delivery milestones Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects while maintaining accurate documentation. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, delivery partners, and funding bodies. Engage residents and communicate technical information clearly.
