This is a highly client-facing role where you''ll confidently stand in front of the business, articulate value, and help sell observability-led solutions, while also having the technical depth to design and deliver them.You will design, implement, and optimise IT Operations solutions across Observability, AIOps, and ITSM, helping clients adopt best practices in Event Management and OpenTelemetry. Acting as a trusted advisor, you''ll bridge technology and business strategy, translating complex technical concepts into clear outcomes for stakeholders, and guiding customers through their observability journey end-to-end. You''ll also contribute to the development of frameworks, accelerators, and methodologies that define how the company delivers its services. Skills andamp; Experience: 5+ years'' experience in IT Operations, consulting, or related technical roles Strong hands-on experience with observability platforms such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog Experience with AIOps/ITSM tool
