Quality Manager

Job Title: Quality Support ManagerLocation: Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Devon, Warwickshire (frequent travel required-Hybrid)Salary: 65,000 per annumReports to: Head of QualityRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced Quality Support Manager to ensure high standards of care and compliance across multiple care services. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory standards, supporting care quality, and driving continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g., CQC)Review and develop care plans, risk assessments, and policies to uphold best practicesLead and manage audits, medication management, incident reporting, and complaints handlingSupport and deliver staff training and development initiativesWork collaboratively with Registered Managers to support service qualityTravel regularly across sites within the designated regionsCandidate Requirements:Proven experience in quality management within the care sectorStrong knowledge of regulatory compliance and care standardsAbility to lead audits and manage quality improvement programsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWillingness and ability to travel frequently between multiple sitesSearch is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
