THE ROLE
As a Bodyshop Customer Service Assistant, you''ll help deliver a positive customer experience throughout the vehicle repair process. You''ll support the day-to-day administration of the bodyshop, keeping customers informed and helping ensure information is communicated accurately between customers and the repair team.
