Head of Project Management Director Level

We''re looking for a Director-Level Head of Project Management to work on Hyperscale Data Centres across Europe.- A leading project management consultancy is seeking a Director-level Head of Project Management to lead and grow its Data Centre offering.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of major hyperscale, colocation and mission-critical projects across the UK and Europe. The role combines project leadership, team management, client development and commercial responsibility.


Key Responsibilities of a-Director-Level Head of Project Management

• Lead the Data Centre Project Management team and sector strategy
• Oversee complex projects and programmes from feasibility through construction, commissioning and handover
• Act as Project Director on major client commissions
• Build and develop a high-performing project management team
• Manage senior client relationships and key accounts
• Lead bids, proposals and business development activity
• Maintain strong project governance, risk, programme and commercial controls
• Take responsibility for team performance, utilisation, revenue and profitability

• Director, Head of Project Management or equivalent experience within a construction or project management consultancy
• Strong track record delivering data centre or mission-critical projects
• Experience across hyperscale, colocation or enterprise data centre environments
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and major programmes
• Demonstrable experience winning work and growing client accounts
• Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder-management skills
• Degree-qualified in a relevant construction or engineering discipline
• Chartered status with APM, RICS, CIOB or equivalent is preferred
