A dynamic organisation is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Accounts to oversee direct payment accounts and payroll operations. This is a key role ensuring accurate, timely payments while maintaining compliance with payroll and pension regulations.Job title: Payroll and Accounts Administrator Location: Hybrid (Chelmsford office)Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-FridayEstimated Salary: 26,091 per annumThis is an excellent opportunity for an organised, proactive professional with experience in payroll and account management, looking for a hybrid or flexible working arrangement.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage payment accounts, monitoring funds and chasing contributionsUpload, validate and approve timesheets and invoices, resolving discrepanciesProcess payroll accurately and on timeMaintain accurate records across CRM, payroll and accounting systemsEnsure pension auto-enrolment and correct employer/employee contributionsReconcile accounts and provide data for KPI reportingRespond to customer enquiries and manage account changesIdentify and escalate safeguarding or financial risk concernsWhat we are looking for:Previous payroll experienceStrong customer service skills Excellent attention to detail, numeracy and administrative skillsAbility to manage deadlines and prioritise workloadIT literate, with experience using Microsoft and payroll/finance systemsAble to commute to ChelmsfordThis role is ideal for a proactive, organised individual with
