Key Responsibilities Day-to-day supervision of site activities and subcontractors.Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme schedules and project specifications.Monitoring health and safety compliance across site and ensuring site standards are maintained at all times.Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings.Coordinating labour, materials, and plant requirements.Liaising with the Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors, and client representatives.Monitoring quality control and ensuring works meet required standards.Identifying and resolving on-site issues efficiently.Maintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentation.Supporting project delivery to ensure key milestones are achieved.
