Our client are a leading Debt Collection Agency and they''re looking to expand their Customer Contact team at their Romford Head Office.This role will see you speaking with an array of customers, both commercial and residential, about the debt that''s held with their utility company and your main goal is to satisfy as much debt as possible. You''ll be speaking with vulnerable customers quite often so you''ll need to have excellent negotiation skills and have the ability to show empathy, whilst remaining focussed on an outcome to resolve the debt.Benefits: Uncapped monthly commission.
