You will be responsible for the technical performance of your team and the commercial success of the regional contract.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a mobile team of Mechanical and Electrical engineers, providing technical guidance, conducting performance reviews, and identifying training needs.Service Delivery: Oversee the execution of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs, ensuring all works are completed within contractual KPIs and SLAs.Commercial Support: Identify opportunities for "extra works," providing technical specifications and accurate quotes to the client
