We are looking for a main contractor s Senior Quantity Surveyor for a £36m, three block, residential development in the centre of Guildford, Surrey. The role is with the City of London office of a leading Southern Ireland-headquartered main contractor and will see the successful candidate acting as Commercial Lead and reporting directly to the commercial director so would best suit a confident Surveyor with 7 to 15 years post graduate experience with reputable main contractors. The opportunity; Full commercial decision-making responsibility for procurement and agreement of subcontract and client accounts. A very competitive remuneration package including generous annual bonuses. A very healthy pipeline of further high profile major projects throughout Greater London. Candidate essentials; A Degree in Quantity Surveying. Project experience gained with main contractors on landmark, residential-led, city centre regenerations. A track record of successfully agreeing substantial subcontract accounts including groundworks and RC frames. Employment start can be offered immediately and interviews are available from w/c 1st December. Salary; £80k to £100k + package + generous annual bonus.
