Residential Conveyancing Lawyer (Associate - Partner) A well-established Edinburgh-based firm that is looking to strengthen its Residential Property team with the appointment of an experienced lawyer at Associate - Partner level. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior residential conveyancer who enjoys both hands-on fee earning and leading others and who is keen to play an active role in the continued growth and success of a busy and well-regarded practice. The Role Managing a broad residential property caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title Acting for a diverse client base, including private individuals, lenders and developers Providing day-to-day supervision, mentoring and support to junior colleagues Reviewing work, sharing best practice and supporting the development of trainees and junior solicitors Contributing to team leadership, operational management and strategic planning Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships About You Qualified solicitor with solid experience in residential conveyancing Currently operating at a senior level (5/6+ years'') or ready to step up Demonstrable experience of supervising and developing junior colleagues Comfortable managing a busy caseload alongside leadership responsibilities Commercial, collaborative and client-focused in approach Why Consider This Opportunity?
