Role Overview

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and highly respected organisation. This role combines managing a loyal landlord portfolio with generating new business opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the continued success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register applicants and arrange property viewings
• Negotiate tenancy offers between landlords and tenants
• Build and maintain strong landlord relationships
• Generate new landlord instructions and business opportunities
• Progress tenancies from offer through to move-in
• Ensure compliance with lettings legislation
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Achieve lettings and business development targets

Experience Required for This Role:

• Previous lettings or property experience
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of lettings legislation and the Renters'' Rights Act
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven approach
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Professional and well-presented manner
• Experience in landlord retention and relationship management
