The school will offer a broad, engaging curriculum aligned with the national framework, tailored to individual needs and interests. With small class sizes, high levels of classroom support, and a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, the aim is to provide every student with the opportunity to thrive. We are seeking an experienced SENDCo to play a key role in shaping the success of this new school. This is an exciting opportunity to join from the very beginning, working closely with the Head of School on leadership, curriculum development, assessment, careers, and enrichment. The role will primarily be based at the main site, with occasional work at a nearby satellite location.
