This role presents an exciting chance for an individual with exceptional customer service skills who thrives on problem-solving, investigating cases, and making fair, evidence-based decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this engaging position, the successful candidate will:Investigate and respond to parking-related challenges, representations, and appeals.Review evidence and make decisions in line with legislation and council policies.Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and written correspondence.Manage Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) processes from issue through to resolution.Process debt recovery cases and liaise with enforcement agents as needed.Prepare documentation and evidence packs for London Tribunals and court proceedings.Support permit applications and general parking administration.Maintain high levels of accuracy while adhering to service targets and deadlines.
