Health and Safety Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Specialist to join a leading international law firm as part of their London office. This Health and Safety Specialist role, reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, will see you acting as the firm''s SME in Health and Safety. This includes: Assessing current HandS processes and implementing new processes and systems Taking overall ownership for health and Safety compliance, best practice, and SHEQ problems and improvements Building stakeholder relationships to promote buy-in and cultural adherence to health and safety regulations Conducting regular risk assessments, audits, and creating documentation Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of management systems The perfect Health and Safety Specialist will have prior experience in a similar role within an office environment. You will be NEBOSH (Level 3) trained and have a strong eye for detail. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to actively communicate with senior stakeholders. This is a permanent position with a salary of up to c 45,000 with excellent benefits.
