This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and progressive thinking organisation The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating business data, ensuring information is accurate and up to date across internal systems. Key responsibilities include Maintaining customer, product, pricing and delivery information within inhouse database Ensuring data accuracy across business systems. Investigating and resolving customer queries within agreed timescales. Liaising with internal departments, including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Procurement. Key Skills Previous Database Administration or Coordination experience Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience using an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
