Sales Account Manager
We re recruiting for a Creative / Digital Agency that s building a strong reputation in the Food, Beverage and Hospitality world - working with pubs, chains, major brands, and smaller independents. You ll be joining a friendly, supportive, and genuinely talented team, with a shared motivation to help the agency grow - The role offers: The opportunity for compressed hours - full-time across a 4-day working week Trust and autonomy to run your opportunities and accounts with confidence Base salary around £40k with OTE £50k £60k Genuine scope for progression, with support to develop - potentially moving into a Sales Director role over time What you ll do: You ll work closely with the Strategy and Growth Director and sit at the heart of the agency, constantly spotting opportunities to win new business and help the agency grow through a suite of marketing, digital and creative services. You ll: Own and manage the sales pipeline Identify, approach and nurture prospects Build relationships with Food, Beverage and Hospitality businesses, including pubs, restaurants, and food and drink manufacturers What we re looking for: We re looking for someone who s commercially sharp, strategically minded, and brilliant with people - someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has a genuine passion for food, drink and hospitality: Proven track record in a new business-focused sales role Confidence owning a sales pipeline, from prospecting through to closing and relationship
