This is a largely non teaching role, giving you the time and space to focus on what matters: strategic direction, high quality provision and meaningful support for children and families. Three days per week is the current structure, but four or five days will be considered for the right candidate. There are no regular class teaching responsibilities, though you may provide occasional one to one or small group support. With a capable SENDCo Assistant working alongside you, you can concentrate on strategic leadership, knowing the day-to-day provision is in expert hands. The pupil cohort is diverse, the team of support staff is well established, and the SEND systems are strong.
