Senior Quantity SurveyorLocation: HampshireSalary: Up to 75,000We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established infrastructure contractor, supporting the delivery of projects across the energy and utilities sector.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for the commercial management of projects, providing commercial support to operational teams while helping drive profitability and successful project delivery.The RoleKey responsibilities will include:Managing the commercial delivery of projects from start to completion.Overseeing applications for payment and credit control processes.Managing cost control, forecasting and financial reporting.Preparing and reviewing CVRs and cost-to-complete reports.Managing change control, variations and compensation events.Overseeing subcontractor procurement, payments and final accounts.Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.Providing commercial advice and support to project teams.Managing contractual disputes and supporting resolution.Contributing to tendering and contract review processes.Supporting and developing junior members of the commercial team.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction, civil engineering or infrastructure.Strong commercial management and contract administration experience.Experience managing costs, forecasting and financial reporting.Good understanding of ..... full job details .....
