Systems include CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, intercoms, and fire detection. Key responsibilities Install, terminate, program, and commission CCTV, intruder, access control, intercom, and fire systems to British and European Standards and manufacturer guidance Work from drawings and specifications from first fix to final fix, producing as-fitted mark-ups Test, verify, and document systems, providing commissioning sheets, certificates, and OandM packs Work safely at all times, completing RAMS, permits to work, and site inductions Liaise with customers and colleagues to plan works, minimise disruption, and meet deadlines Train end users during handover and obtain sign-off Maintain van stock and tools and return unused materials to stores Support NSI Gold and BAFE audits with accurate records and housekeeping Occasional travel or overnight stays Skills and experience Proven installation experience in at least three of: CCTV, intruder, access control, fire detection Confident with containment, cabling, terminations, IP networking basics, and device addressing Able to work from drawings and method statements with strong attention to detail Good customer communication and problem solving skills Full UK driving l
