About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Engineering and Design Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating multidisciplinary design activities across major infrastructure projects, ensuring consistent, high-quality engineering delivery throughout the project lifecycle. The role will play a key part in driving design governance, technical assurance, resource planning and continuous improvement while supporting the successful development and delivery of sustainable infrastructure solutions in the utilities sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering and design teams across multiple projects and programmes. Represent the design function within project and operational meetings, providing updates on performance, risks and key challenges.
