Job Title: CNC Miller - Setter/Operator Location: Bilston Contract: Full-time, permanent Hours: Double Day Shifts: Monday-Thursday: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm Friday: 6am-11am / 11am-4pm Salary: Up to £17.00 per hour ( £20 per hour including shift allowance)Position Summary We are seeking experienced CNC Millers - Setter/Operators to join a precision engineering team. This hands-on role involves setting and operating Mazak CNC machines with Mazatrol controls, making program modifications as needed, and producing high-precision components for industries such as defence and aviation.Key Responsibilities Set up and operate Mazak CNC milling machines.Adjust offsets, change inserts, and perform tooling changes as required.Make modifications to programs to ensure components are produced to specification.Use driven tools and inspection equipment to verify quality and precision.Produce components for high-precision industries including defence and aviation.Maintain clean, organised work areas and follow health and safety procedures.Work collaboratively with colleagues to support production targets and continuous improvement.
