In this role you will support a Financial Services company''s board-sponsored vulnerability management programme by defining and implementing the future-state patch management operating model and automation strategy. The role will assess and redesign end-to-end patching processes across infrastructure technologies, identify and implement automation opportunities, define tooling requirements, and help drive significant reductions in vulnerability backlog. Working closely with infrastructure, security, operations and service management teams, the successful candidate will align stakeholders, shape implementation roadmaps, and communicate recommendations to both technical and executive audiences. Key requirements: Enterprise-scale infrastructure automation and architecture experience. Strong understanding of patching and vulnerability management processes. Experience across server, operating system, network, container and database platforms. ServiceNow and ITSM process knowledge. Proven ability to drive large-scale operational transformation and process improvement. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
