Immediate start available Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse AdministratorYou will be paid 12.71 per hourTypical working hours as a full time Warehouse Administrator:You will be working on fixed shift Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pmYour role as a full time Warehouse Administrator:Overseeing order system - Release and despatch orders on the systemChecking of orders including releasing and allocating orders and printing all relevant paperworkTelephone booking deliveries and answering callsMaking bookings for deliveries using emailOrganise and book transport for all deliveriesPerforming admin tasks for warehouse operations - Preparing all documentation for oncoming booked shipmentsTake responsibility to ensure that all administrative duties are carried out to a high level of accuracy and professionalismTo accurately complete all appropriate documentationCommunicating with the team and haulage and customersUsing excel spreadsheets for data capture and reportingAll filing and archiving of paperworkWhat we are looking for in a successful candidate:Previous experience in a similar roleWillingness to learnGood level of communicationCan adhere to and uphold strict Health and Safety standardsIdeally own transport as the bus service is limited in the areaMust be 18 years or olderMust already have and hold a legal status to work in the UKWhat ..... full job details .....
