Are you passionate about supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning and helping them reach their full potential£ Supply Desk is looking for a dedicated and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a thriving school community in Rickmansworth this October. This Temp-to-Perm role gives you the opportunity to grow into a long-term position within the school.

Your Role

As an HLTA, youandrsquo;ll play a key role in helping teachers deliver inspiring lessons and supporting pupils across different key stages. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Supporting pupils with tailored learning plans to meet individual needs
• Providing one-to-one or small group support for pupils requiring extra help
• Promoting a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning
• Contributing to lesson planning and dynamic classroom activities
• Monitoring and tracking pupil progress, providing meaningful feedback

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Experience as an HLTA or in a similar educational support role is preferred
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed and thrive
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational abilities and time management
• A proactive, adaptable team player with a flexible approach
