We''re looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our Thames Water team based in Thames Valley region. Location: Northern Thames Valley region (Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire) Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. As a Senior Project Engineer, you''ll play a key role in delivering design and build services for Thames Water''s infrastructure and non-infrastructure assets. You''ll support project delivery, working collaboratively with supply chain partners and internal teams to ensure projects meet key performance indicators and are delivered successfully. As a Senior Project Engineer, you''ll be working within the Thames Water team, supporting them in delivering successful capital framework projects. Your day to day will include: Managing and updating construction programmes to ensure key milestones are met Engaging with supply chain partners on Health, Safety and Wellbeing, leading by example Overseeing design integration and carrying out design assurance activities against Thames Water Asset standards Chairing supply chain meetings to monitor progress and escalate issues where needed Promoting a right first-time culture and capturing lessons learnt through case studies What are we looking for?
