What We’re Looking For:

• A relevant teaching qualification (QTS or PGCE)

• Experience supporting EY pupils, including behaviour and early learning development

• A nurturing, imaginative approach that sparks joy and curiosity in young learners

• High expectations for both yourself and your pupils, encouraging consistent progress

• Strong classroom management and teamwork skills

• Enhanced Child-Only DBS (or willingness to apply)

• Two recent references from educational settings
