Site ManagerUp to £55,000 plus packageStevenage Our Client, one of the largest and fastest growing contractors in the UK, are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their planned maintenance division.Projects that are being delivered will be planned maintenance works. This is a brand new project. All works is window renewals and external repairs, in Stevenage.On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties: Management of sub-contractors and direct operativesLead the site team to the best of your abilityManage delivery of works to specificationHave several direct reports to manage including RLO''s and office staffPre and post inspections Health and safety and quality checks My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects.
