Position: Warehouse Operative
Contract Type: Temporary, full time

Shifts: Monday-Friday, 08.30am-5.30pm
Salary: -12.71-per hour + Holiday Pay + Additional Benefits
Location: Dagenham

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing organisation. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced warehouse environment, where you''ll play a key part in ensuring goods are received, stored, processed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

This opportunity would suit someone with warehouse experience who is organised, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Moving stock and equipment throughout the warehouse.
• Processing goods using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Carrying out stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Inspecting returned items and reporting any damage or discrepancies.
• Preparing equipment and stock for dispatch.
• Supporting quality control processes and ensuring company procedures are followed.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Working closely with supervisors and colleagues to meet operational requirements.
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and adaptable approach to work.
• Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends when required.
