Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, providing the narrative and key insights for the senior leadership team. Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring adherence and identifying variances Create and maintain financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial processes and reporting Support in the preparation of statutory and management reports Proven experience as a Management Accountant, ideally within the manufacturing or FMCG sector Strong background in month end closure, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis Excellent understanding of manufacturing accounting processes and controls Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good communication skills with the ability to explain financial data clearly Ideally Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) but QBE also considered.
