As the-M&E Engineer,-you will-provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The-M&E Engineer,-will be responsible for:

• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across multiple buildings.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Liaise with site contacts and management to ensure smooth operations., Escort Sub-contractors whilst on-site.

To be successful for this M&E Engineer role you must have:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in facilities management or building services.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
