Teaching Assistant Prospero Teaching are working with an inspirational primary school in South Shields who are looking for a passionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to support the learning of a pupils until the end of the year. About the School:The role is based in an inspirational primary school in South Shields.You will be supporting 1:1 a child in KS1 and KS2.The school has an outstanding supportive environment and Leadership Team. With staff cohesion being pivotal, allowing them to work as a Team within classrooms to provide the highest possible standard of support to pupils. Responsibilities:Supporting a KS1 AND 2 pupils on a 1:1 basis with SEND, challenging behaviours and others who require additional support with their studies. A key part of the role will be to develop an understanding of the different needs and learning styles of different pupils within the classroom, working closely alongside Class Teachers and colleagues to establish this.
