Salary: M1–UPS3 (£34,398 – £52,490)
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Rickmansworth from September 2026. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on pupils'' learning and development as they transition into Key Stage 2.
The successful candidate will be committed to delivering engaging, creative and well-structured lessons that inspire pupils, promote high standards, and support their academic, social and emotional progress.

• Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents/carers.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school.
• Uphold safeguarding and behaviour expectations at all times.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply and will be fully supported.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3, is desirable.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• A positive, proactive and reflective approach to teaching.
