We’re now looking for a Head of Billing Operations to take ownership of our billing function and lead it into the next stage of growth.The Role

This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll set the strategic direction for all billing operations. You’ll ensure that our processes are accurate, compliant, and customer-focused, while developing high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement.Working hours - Monday to FridayBuy and Sell Annual Leave SchemeCompany PensionReferral programFree onsite parkingEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP)Employee Recognition IncentivesCompany eventsMonthly dress down daysTea and coffee facilities and On-site CanteenLocal discounts / benefitsEarly Finish FridaysYou’ll be responsible forLeading the billing function with vision, setting strategic goals and operational priorities.Ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant billing processes.Coaching and developing managers, team leaders, and senior advisors to create a motivated, value-led culture.Monitoring performance metrics, driving improvements, and delivering on KPIs.Identifying and mitigating operational and regulatory risks.Leading change initiatives and embedding best practice in billing operations.Acting as a strong advocate for customers, ensuring their needs shape our processes.Collaborating with internal teams, industry partners, and regulators.About You

We’re looking for a proven leader who thrives on accountability and has a track record of delivering results in a complex operational environment. You’ll bring:Experience leading billing or large-scale operational functions.Strong strategic and operational leadership skills.The ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.A customer-first mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management within the energy or utilities sector (desirable).A passion for continuous learning, improvement, and delivering value.Who are we?
