As HR Business Partner, you''ll work closely with operational and senior leaders to drive people strategy and align HR priorities with wider commercial goals. This is not a role for someone who prefers to stay in the weeds of ER cases or disciplinaries; it''s about shaping culture, performance, and capability across the organisation. Main ResponsibilitiesPartner with operational leaders to deliver a proactive, strategic HR service.Lead and implement HR initiatives that drive engagement, capability, and business performance.Support the senior team in workforce planning, succession, and organisational design.Coach and influence leaders to develop their people leadership skills.Translate business needs into practical HR strategies and solutions.Contribute to the wider strategic direction of the business through data-driven insights and sound HR judgement. RequiredCIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) is essential.Proven experience as an HR Business
