You will be responsible for responsible for coordinating technical activity, planning workshop schedules, managing workshop administration, and ensuring that vehicles are prioritised and processed efficiently to meet customer and contractual KPIs:About the Role: Provide comprehensive support to the Technical Manager in the day-to-day operation of the workshop.Plan and load workshop schedules, prioritising vehicles to meet customer KPIs, including recalls, warranty work, Royal Mail, Police, company vehicles, Jemca and TGB requirements.Lead workshop administration, working closely with administrative and key account leads to ensure efficient workflow and accurate reporting.Coordinate and prioritise technical activity for non-starting vehicles and flat battery cases to minimise dropped loads.Utilise technical documentation and manufacturer systems to identify and validate recall requirements.Maintain and update technical activity and compound services using 20/20 systems.Raise and manage job cards to support technical and workshop activities.Operate and manage workshop man
