Job Role: JetVac Operator / Drainage Operator Location: Droitwich Spa, Worcestershire Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum (DOE) Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 08 30 (30-minute lunch break) Working Pattern: Working away Monday to Friday is a core requirement of the role, typically departing on Monday morning and returning on Friday. Overtime and Allowances: 1.5x hourly rate Monday to Saturday 2x hourly rate Sundays and Bank Holidays £20 per night working away allowance Patch lining bonus of £15 per patch after the first 5 patches completed Role Overview We are recruiting an experienced JetVac Operator / Drainage Operator to join a growing drainage solutions team based in Droitwich. This is a hands-on, field-based role supporting drainage and environmental projects across multiple sites throughout the UK. Working alongside CCTV Survey Teams, Patch Lining Engineers and Drainage Specialists, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality drainage maintenance, cleansing and rehabilitation services. As a JetVac Operator, you will operate specialist Jet Vac equipment, support drainage repair works and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
