You will work closely with the projects team to deliver technical projects as well as supporting our solutions Architect with pre-sales queries and pre-configuration tasks for infrastructure installs. Key Responsibilities include:Lead on technical design and documentation for projects and tendersAct as a point of contact for technical queries during project deliveryCollaborate with schools and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and progressCreate and manage schedules of work and project plansSupport presales activity with technical input and timely responsesAttend project meetings and contribute to technical discussionsHelp train and support team members where neededMaintain high standards of documentation and customer service Our ideal candidate will have:Microsoft certificationNetworking certificationExperience managing ICT projects from start to finishStrong knowledge of:Windows Server, Office 365
