We are seeking an exceptional, experienced and highly motivated Nursery Manager to take full responsibility for the daily leadership, Management and continued development of the Wanstead nursery. Reporting directly to the Nursery Director, the successful candidate will be a confident, hands-on and commercially aware leader, capable of managing the setting independently, inspiring the staff team and maintaining outstanding standards of childcare and education. Occupancy growth is a key priority of this appointment, increasing nursery occupancy, strengthening parent relationships and supporting the continued growth and success of the setting. Take full accountability for the effective day-to-day management of the nursery. Lead, motivate, mentor and develop a professional and committed staff team. Manage staffing, deployment, supervisions, performance and daily operational requirements continuing to embed good practice throughout.
