This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer to join an established engineering team, supporting the maintenance of production equipment and helping to minimise downtime. The Role Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a busy production environment. Key responsibilities include: Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repair.Diagnosing faults on PLCs, SCADA systems and PCBs.Reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics.Working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.Maintaining and repairing conveyors and packaging machinery.Maintaining sealing and vacuum-packing machinery.Prioritising maintenance activities to minimise downtime.Liaising with suppliers and external service providers.Identifying and ordering replacement parts and equipment.Supporting the engineering team to maintain a safe and efficient production environment.
