Are you a driven Car Sales Executive who knows how to create opportunities rather than simply wait for customers to walk through the door?

We''re recruiting for an established independent automotive business looking to strengthen its sales team across new and used car operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys selling cars, building relationships and generating their own business without an overly complicated sales process.

The Role

You''ll be responsible for managing customers through the complete vehicle sales journey, from initial enquiry and lead generation through to test drive, sale and handover.

The business has an established customer database to work from and wants someone proactive who is comfortable following up leads, creating opportunities and developing their own pipeline.

The used car operation holds approximately 30 vehicles on site across a range of makes and models, while the new car side represents an established manufacturer franchise.

What We''re Looking For

Previous automotive sales experience would be advantageous, particularly within new or used car sales, but attitude and sales ability are equally important.

You''ll ideally have:

- A strong sales background

- The drive to generate your own leads and opportunities

- Confident customer communication and closing skills

- Good follow-up and database management

- A proactive approach to sales

- Strong customer service skills

- Digital or social media sales experience would be an advantage

Motability training can be provided for the right candidate interested in the new car side of the business.
