You''ll play a key role in building relationships with suppliers and colleagues, resolving queries efficiently and delivering a high level of customer service while ensuring the purchase ledger runs smoothly. What you''ll be doing: Processing and reviewing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and within agreed timescales. Reconciling supplier statements and investigating any discrepancies. Acting as the first point of contact for supplier and invoice queries, providing excellent customer service and timely resolutions. Working closely with colleagues across the business to investigate and resolve payment and invoice issues. Monitoring outstanding queries and ensuring they are followed through to resolution. Ensuring invoices comply with company policies and relevant financial regulations. Maintaining accurate supplier accounts and performing regular ledger housekeeping.
