Business Analyst - CMS / Digital Operations6-month ContractRate: 280 - 305 per day insideIR35London - Hybrid Currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join a global digital and marketing technology environment for a 6-month Contract. This is a hands-on role combining business analysis, UAT/QA, CMS operations and production support, working closely with business, marketing and technology teams across multiple regions.Responsibilities: Execute UAT, regression testing and release validation. Provide day-to-day operational support for an enterprise CMS. Troubleshoot content, publishing, configuration and access issues. Gather requirements and create clear Jira tickets and acceptance criteria. Track defects and work with technical teams through to resolution. Maintain platform documentation and knowledge resources. Support platform communications, releases and time-sensitive content updates.Skills and Experience: 3-5+ years'' experience in Business Analysis, CMS, QA, digital operations or a similar role. Experience with enterprise CMS platforms and UAT/release testing. Familiarity with Jira or similar tools. Strong requirements, documentation and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working across business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
