This is no ordinary finance role. If you''re after normality, this isn''t for you. As one of our fin-managers you''ll be the glue that holds everything together. Your role will be to:Oversee the processing of day-to-day transactions to minimize manual processesTransform the finance function into a value-adding machine, implementing and developing scalable systems and processesWork closely with clients, immersing yourself in their organisations and becoming an extension of their teamBe the first point of contact for clients and effectively communicate with external stakeholdersWork across a portfolio of companies, ranging from start-ups to established SMEsYour day to day

Month end: Overseeing month end to ensure data is captured and processed accurately by fin-operatorsAnalysis: Produce insights that drive impact and support decision-making across your portfolio; storytelling and messaging to bring numbers, trends and analytics to lifeReporting: Manage the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process to help organisations stay agile and future-focusedNetworking: Build strong internal and external relationships across your portfolio as a trusted finance partnerOnboarding: Lead kick-off meetings for new companiesMentoring: Coach fin-operators across the wider fin-house teamProjects: Lead change management projects (software implementation, process reviews, new opportunities)What will success look like
