Embed security, infrastructure, architecture governance, design authority, and technical assurance into project planning, solution design, and implementation. Drive the adoption of AI, generative AI, and emerging technologies in line with architecture standards, governance models, and long-term business strategy. Challenge vendor proposals and deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with business needs.
