This is a strategic, consultancy-style engagement focused on understanding what data exists, where it originates, how it can be trusted, and how it can be shared as a reusable industry asset. you''ll work across Network Rail, TOCs, ROSCOs, manufacturers and suppliers to assess data sources, APIs, telemetry, governance, standards and technical feasibility, producing recommendations that will shape future roadmap and investment decisions.
