Manage a team of social workers and family support workers. Understand and apply the Children''s Act and related policies. Handle complex cases involving Child Protection plans. Participate in Legal Planning Meetings and Public Law Outline processes. Ensure excellence in social work and safeguarding practices. Collaborate with partner agencies, families, and carers. Person Specifications Must Have: Experience with statutory safeguarding processes. Track record of safeguarding children. Leadership skills to motivate and drive team values. Ability to manage performance and social work quality. Registered with SW England and a recognized social work qualification.
