Major Finance Client seeks to recruit an SC cleared Product Lead, within this role you will take the lead for an early stage change program for a financial system. You will join an existing team to understand/challenge the design and support with shaping as required. Primary contact to all stakeholders supporting them in creating a detailed scope of ouput and ensuring the change communicated to all appropriately.Key Responsibilities Lead discovery and high-level design of a new finance capability Translate policy, user needs, and industry insight into clear product direction Produce high-quality outputs (business cases, option analysis, high-level requirements) Shape roadmap and prioritisation through senior stakeholder engagement Ensure designs are feasible, and ready to transition into deliverySkills andamp; Experience Strong experience in product strategy, discovery, or shaping early-stage change Payments/financial services experience desirable
